Our purpose is to teach our children how to be the hands and feet of Jesus while growing in their faith. At Peace Lutheran we use curriculum from Sola Publishing which provides a full Bible overview — from Genesis to Revelation — which includes artwork, video presentations, drama, crafts, and more to engage in a different approach to learning lessons.

Our program is mission focused and encourages our children to participate as they are able. Our missions include Gifts for Children, Guatemala Mission Team, The Baldwin Community Food Pantry, Grace Place, His Arms Kenya, The Family Resource Center and The Baldwin Care Center.

Children, ages 3 years through 9th grade, are encouraged to attend Sunday School. Sunday School for youth in grades 8 & 9 is considered part of confirmation. Sunday School classes meet from 9:15 a.m. – 10:15 a.m. every Sunday in the classrooms in the lower level of the church.

Sunday School newsletters are available monthly. They are distributed via email to the parents emails on file students during class. They are also available in the narthex.  Watch for special opportunities to give to the mission groups and for other needs.
