Open the attached PDF form, print and send completed Form and enclose with your check made out to “Peace Lutheran Church”. Full payment is required when placing your order. Your order can be dropped off in the church office in either the “Scrip Program” wooden box, the wire basket, or in one of the black drop off boxes at church. In approximately one week your order will be ready for you to pick up in the church office.
