Welcome students, parents and teachers to the 2016-2017 Sunday school year. At Peace Lutheran, we want to teach the children to be the Hands and Feet of Jesus.

We will again be using the Spark Active Faith rotation model again this year. It is set up somewhat like Vacation Bible School. The students will be learning the lessons through cooking, drama classes, art classes and music. Each lesson we will focus on a specific mission, with that, each grade will be working on mission projects. Over the Sunday school year, we will learn about The First Sin, Noah’s Ark, Joseph and His Brothers, The Christmas Story, A Storm, The Widow’s Offering, Jesus Feeds 5000, The Fruit of the Spirit, and the Easter Story.  Missions for this year are Africa, The Baldwin Food Pantry, Gifts for Children, Grace Place, Guatemala and the Baldwin Care Center.  All grade levels will be doing memory work along with their curriculum.

In His service,

Jody Ramberg
